Dwayne and his staff where great to work with.I bought a snowblower and they educated me and explained the differences in all the models they carry.Best of all they delivered the snowblower to the house.

Equipment is always in good shape before rental. As long as it wasn't abused or negligently damaged they understand that tools break. Prices are reasonable. Open very early on weekdays for contractors

pointed fingers and overcharged. there was clearly a miscommunication with the billing. instead of resolving the issue in a professional manner, they were fixated on placing blame. when the error was realized I gave my credit card info for the second time, only to be overcharged. when i called back to question the invoice, i was told they would get me back on my next visit as the transaction had already been processed. keep my money Trevor, won't be back.

Time to Tighten the Belt on Sunbelt Rentals Incredibly disappointing experience - a fantastic waste of time. I placed a reservation for a Stair Climbing Dolly to move a 500lb furnace, including the location and it was successfully completed. Today the manager Trevor emailed me saying "they do not carry exercise equipment". I informed the manager that the item was a Stair Climbing Dolly, not a stair climber (as can be clearly seen inline in the email he responded to. After he realized the correct product I had rented was, he responded that they did not have it either... I contacted their location and in speaking to Paolo (sp?) I was informed that is a consistent issue they experience. Their website will allow you to reserve a product, including date and time and complete it, when they do not have the product to supply you. I was told this is a reoccurring issue, but rather than amending the website to reflect this, they prefer to allow potential customers to repeatedly waste their time and tell them after the fact. I would highly recommend you take your business somewhere that will know their products and have the ability to have an accurate, functional website.

Service is courteous and thorough. Always have what I need and in stock. The chainsaw sharpening is quick and they come back good as new if not better.

We bought a generator from Sunbelt Rentals which broke down within 5 weeks. Was promised to be serviced before hand and it wasn't, in lue of it not being serviced Jordan told us he would offer a free service whenever needed (got email proof). Generator broke down after 5 weeks and IPS tech took a look and said its junk, costs $7000 to fix needs a brand new generator side. I paid $700 for IPS to tell me its junk and for Trevor (Sales Manager) to get a report on the issues of the generator. Trevor asked for a report so he could tell us what he can do to help. I have now been calling for over 4 weeks and every time they patch me to Dwayne or Trevor they send me to someone else or don't answer their phone purposely or send me to voicemail. I expected this from a 2nd hand sale on kijiji not a professional business. Im appalled that they wont even give me the light of day to see what we can do or even help us with fixing the generator/rent us one to continue business or anything at all, instead just ignoring my calls. Techs say "this generator should not have been sold to you in this condition". Its like it was sold to us at the brink of breaking because we didn't know any better. So dissapointed. They continue making their money while we small ones suffer complete loss of work due to this.
