★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service lamentable.. 20,25, minutes en ligne ahhh il te répondre et te transfère à 3 personnes différentes personnes à de réponses ... Presser de venir chercher l'argent dans tes poches mais pas pressé de te redonner ton dû.
 Terrible service .. 20.25 minutes online ahhh he will answer you and transfer you to 3 different people for answers ... Urge to come and get the money in your pockets but in no hurry to give you back your due.

Heureusement ( dans notre cas) les assureurs sont aussi curieux que le gouvernement. Je ne sais pas comment dire mais c est pas facile pour moi, mon comptable, mon pharmacien et mon medecin. J espere que c est facile les autres, mais comme moi, beaucoup de mode évitent les assurances vie/maladies par crainte de ne pas avoir bien compris/lu les....petits caractères.

C’est faux! ( heureusement pour nous ! ) Vous devez utiliser notre service en ligne, nous téléphoner ou vous rendre à notre bureau d’accueil de Québec ou de Montréal pour vous désinscrire
Still difficult to do something that should be super easy.
Fortunately (in our case) insurers are as curious as the government. I do not know how to say but it's not easy for me, my accountant, my pharmacist and my doctor. I hope it is easy for others, but like me, a lot of fashion avoid life / health insurance for fear of not having understood / read the ... fine print.
"I reported in my tax return that I was enrolled in a private plan. (Drugs) I will automatically be removed from the public plan. "
It's wrong! (Fortunately for us!) You must use our online service, call us or go to our office in Quebec City or Montreal to unsubscribe

The parking is scarce around this area past 8am
You can park in the garage, but it will set you back 15$ per day, if there is any room left (they consider all monthly passes first)
Same building as Ubisoft
There are not too many lunch places around here that are cheap so I usually bring my own lunch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer support among Canadian insurance/investment companies I came across. Have people I know with Manulife and Great West and none run into the same issues as we consistently and repeatedly do with Sunlife.
Sunlife agents often do not know what they are talking about, give various incorrect bits of info, contradict their own colleagues, and have no interest in finding accurate information. Several claims require escalations due to automatic denials just due to sheer laziness and incompetency.
Website is a convoluted patchwork of missing information, stuck in last decade. No other insurance company has such a shoddy site.
Overall, any other insurance company is a better option than this one.
