★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summit Trailers has been very helpful in repairing our equipment and keeping it operational. They respond to work orders quickly and fix things right the first time around. Very friendly staff to deal with as well. I would highly recommend Summit to anyone with repair needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summit trailer basically took over Total Trucks. At the beginning in 2016 December, they seemed to work with our company fine, coming out for service calls with no delay. After the winter, they ignore their clients , take on only big jobs apparently, never returns our calls or sometimes never answer. The Service Manager , who looks like could use more help around that place , neglects to call back, never keeps his promise. Even after talking to the company's VP in Edmonton , we have received terrible service. We have no problem with the mechanics who actually do the the job, great guys. The management itself is horrible. Much better when it was total trucks.
