★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been storing my vehicle with this company for over 2 years. The previous owners when it was Revelstoke Mini Storage were extremely kind and helpful, but recently the company had been bought out by Summit Storage. Since then my car's sunroof has been shattered, the stereo had been pulled and the car was being parted out as it was being stored there due to lack of security/bad management. We left a spare key with the car that "went missing" and the owner accused us of never even giving the key. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for storage, your things are not save at this facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to grab a few thinks from my unit over the weekend, the new owner and a crew were there working on the place. I had a chance to speak with the owner and he was very receptive and personable. He let me know they are planing to upgrading the security and should have a automated gate installed within a few months. I have never had a problem there, but I am happy to hear the security is on the up and up.

I had my first experience with using a storage container facility...
I was really amazed how quick and easy they made everything for me..
I love the fact that I can go anytime day or night and get access to my storage very easily..
the people were extremely helpful setting it up. and I love how it is very secure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give no stars if I could. If you still have your things there from the previous owners, who were excellent (Dot & Larry), I'd advise you to relocate ASAP. They were extremely pushy about signing a new contract with them after they lost/disposed of my contract with the previous company. They lost the key to my car, told me I never gave them they key, then took a day an a half to find it. They regularly included my e-transfer password. My sunroof was somehow smashed while sitting there, which I would've been more understanding about if someone would have told me. There is no accountability with the management or upper management there. There is no supervision on-site, just some guy living here. There is no semblance of customer service here. You would be better off destroying whichever things you're trying to store than dealing with this establishment. It would save you a lot of time and be a lot more fun.
