★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wondering when Summit will answer their phone or return phone calls. They do not seem to care about community at all since myself and several other neighbours are STILL being terrorized by the guy placed in our building by summit. He threatens to blow up the building and Summit doesn't care about any other community members that are living in fear.
Summit - please remove your tenant from our lives. The community around him is suffering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landlords beware! Summit Housing tricked me into enabling an active and violent drug dealer into my building, and now they are ignoring my emails. Their client is terrorizing the neighbors, doing drug deals around the clock, leaving razors and drugs strewn on the parking lot where toddlers play, and more. Clearly Summit does not understand that some of their clients need medical help, and should not be placed into peaceful residential community settings, where they endanger the community. I wish I could have posted a ZERO stars!
