★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Sullivan provided amazing personalized service, interfacing with a very complicated National Government relocation system on our behalf. He facilitated the sale of our house, all while keeping us updated on the progress, including communicating after hrs as we ended up multiple time zones away.
Funds transfer calculations were completed extremely quickly to support our next purchase. There was no delay through his firm and we had the funds in our account in time.
I can not speak highly enough of Mr. Sullivan, and would recommend his firm for any real estate transactions. We will certainly be using them again if we purchase in Manitoba.
