★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constantly ringing my doorbell trying to sell my house even after I consistently told them I just moved in recently and have no plans to sell. Came home to 5 of their oversized business cards thrown at my front door. Very very unprofessional to throw a stack of business cards at my house...
Edit: and then to respond and say that you aren't doing this because of COVID.. so you're telling me someone else, unrelated to your business, is coming and leaving your business cards littered on my doorstep? Nice try

He was patient as we traveled from Brampton to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.
In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Mr. Sukhraj was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.
