Today I tried to buy water which was priced for $0.99 and after cashier was cashing me out the water scanned as $3.47 and I told her the price was different then I went with her and showed her the price then she said that's for something else and I said ok I get the one that was beside it then she scanned it again and it became higher price and then she refused to changed the price as what it was on the shelf then I asked to talk to a manager then he came (the manager)and cashier explained the situation to him then 3 of us walked there and he changed all the prices and he said maybe customers changed it and I told him there is lots of them and it can't be moved by customer then he yelled at me front of other customers and took the water away and said don't buy it go buy the cheap one, he embarrassed me front other customers and employees then I told him I want the water and I paid for much more than the price was just because I had to take my medication. I've never seen unprofessional manager like "Denny " I don't even think he should be a manager because he doesn't even know the simple thing which is "customer service " I feel so bad for associate who works with him and call him manager!!! I will never go to that store ever again and I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family.
S	Sara Dee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to but some cold cuts and bread. I don’t wear a mask, as I’m exempt due to a medical condition. Three staff members immediately approached me saying no mask no service. What a terrible thing to say to a paying customer. I asked to speak with owner, she could care less! Will never give them my business again! Their stuff is extremely over priced anyway, and their prices have become outrageous during this pandemic. And now their customer service has even gone to the garbage. People have lost their compassion in the last two years. So sad to see! Back to Longo’s I go. They never discriminate. And they are always very friendly!
S	Shaoolin Olincha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sue was never the cheapest option but in the past year prices have gone through the roof to the point of being borderline extortion. Prepared dishes have also less and less savour and taste, and overall quality has gone down. I don't know if the problem lies with their suppliers, overall cost of doing business or pure greed, but I can't justify spending so much money for average tasting food. It's too bad, it used to be a good place for quality food, but their business model has become unsustainable for me to continue shopping there.

It's always great to be able to find specialized food and have owners that care about what they provide to their customers. Thank you for servicing our local community with top food. Appreciated.

Tonight I opened up a prepared salad I bought two days ago and it had already gone bad and it was $12.30! I lived in Richmond Hill for years. Sue's use to be the place we shopped. My mom wouldn't go anywhere else. When I moved back to town a couple months ago, I was excited Sue's was so close. But when I went in I couldn't believe their prices. Produce was triple the cost you would find anywhere else, some of the shelves were bare (3 loaves of bread!?) and everything was very hard to find. I can't justify spending those prices for a market I don't even enjoy shopping in.
S	Sajid Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a chicken pot pie earlier today. No instructions on how long and temp to bake at( reheat). Was told 350 for 25 minutes. It was still cold and the pastry was raw. Anyways, when all was done it was awful. Beyond light in terms of the flavour. Can confirm probably the worst chicken pot pie I have ever eaten. Prices in this place for the same products elsewhere are 2.5-3x more. Bakery is always decent though

Bright and organized. This neighborhood food store seemed to have good selection. However, the prices are much higher than in the nearby food stores or supermarkets at least 2-3 times.
