Without ever seeing the home in person, I was putting a great deal of trust in Sue and it was well deserved. I was buying from out of town and with the market as it was and being that I had already sold my home, it was urgent that I find the right home for us so that I could register my children in school for the following year. Sue drove around so I could virtually see the various neighbourhoods and the proximity to parks and schools. She was my eyes on the ground. Sue was recommended to us by our selling agent in the GTA area. Sue has great patience with responding to and reviewing all our likes we send her from MLS listings.
