Today when going through the car wash, the owner noticed I had a paint scuff on my vehicle and asked one of the employees to remove it. They were able to do it and my car looks as good as new. Thank you so much, going above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service from the moment you enter for the car wash,front desk etc. They miss some spots like trunk, back passenger door etc but I guess this is because extra load they have to handle. I have to wait like 3 hours in total but they do mention that in the very beginning. They have a comfy waiting lounge with complementary coffee and TV.

I had brake dust covering my whole vehicle and my rim was corroded with brake dust. I scrubbed the rim best I could along with washing the vehicle but couldn’t get it all off. SUDS came to the rescue!! Thank you so much for your great service and my sparkly clean vehicle. The vehicle and rim look like brand new!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a long term customer of suds and love the lavawash, however the interior detail side of things this place falls quite short in my opinion, both times I've had vehicles there they have left crud and stuff in very easy access and visible areas, and I have to say the smell of whatever product they use is simply disgusting. It's family run and they're very nice people I just wish they didn't let me down every time on the interior side. Probably have to go elsewhere next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how I'll start this review because I am absolutely speechless. They did SUCH an amazing job with our truck. I should've taken before and afters because people, you would not believe how it looked. It was a work truck, a plumbing vehicle, it had been through camping, uphill mountains, back roads, even a full on clay fight....I mean clay embedded in everything from the roof to the floor and even in the speakers...they got it all out. I'm beyond impressed, I didn't know what to expect but this was beyond anything I could've imagined. They perform miracles man. The staff were also great, the young lady working the booth was a gem a her mom was as nice as she was beautiful. The guys in the bay were also super nice! Suds, you've gained a new customer. Thank you so much for everything today, I'm very happy with the results! Worth every penny!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience of this car wash through friends. The skill and level of this car wash can be best seen after a long trip. The car is as good as new, even the cabin is as good as new. The interior is very fragrant. The boss and staff are very enthusiastic. But I have to raise a few small questions. I was puzzled when I got home and found some dirty tennis balls in my basket that didn't belong to me. I think staff also need to sort the items in the guest car more carefully. Next time MAYBE I'll start worrying about the contents of my car getting into someone else's car. So I think such a good service car wash should not have such a mistake. Sometimes the loss of an item is irreversible.
Other than that there is nothing but admiration and love for the car wash. I hope you can be more perfect. I look forward to my next visit to your car wash.
