★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a brand new vehicle 2 years ago from this dealership. Brought it in because it was leaking yellow fluid. There was no mention of a charge to look at the vehicle, even if it was covered under warranty. Poor communication from the service department. Was told 15 minutes but took over an hour. Billed 70$ for half an hour! Was told there was no such colour fluid in my Mitsubishi. Should have started with that and I would have looked myself! Great way to treat your customers!

I walked in, unannounced, thinking I was stuck in a horrible vehicle for another 6 years, spending an insane amount of money. Phil took his time and thoroughly went through my options and worked his magic to get me into not only a brand new, better vehicle, but a better financial position entirely! I never thought it was possible. He went above and beyond for us. He worked super hard on everything for us and he went to so many lengths to get us the best possible deal and rates. He was kind, honest and extremely patient. He's the first car salesman that I've ever dealt with that didn't push ANYTHING other than making sure we chose what we wanted. The customer service is top notch, from the second you walk into the dealership. Everyone was kind and personable. This dealership and Phil will do anything for their customers. This is my 4th brand new vehicle and the absolute best experience, deal and package I could have ever imagined. If you're even pondering looking for something new or trading in, go talk to Phil. You will not be disappointed!
