SUDBURY FHO CLINIC

I was not impressed at all. Very rude and disinterested staff. Made us wait at the window 10 minutes for nothing. Would not open the window to talk. Made us show the health card through glass. Asked questions which could not be heard because another staff was talking to someone in the waiting area, loudly and without any consideration. Made to wait outside for 25 minutes so we left. Never to return.

Once again, a bunch of ignorant people. I guess it is not only my doctor but these yahoos.

I have been feeling really tired for a while now. The young male doctor that was there at the time didn't feel professional at all when I explained issues I had with my IUD in the past ( after he asked if I was on birth control). It seemed like it made him uncomfortable.... He gave me a lab requisition for a blood test to check my thyroid, B12 etc. Told me that I need to go twice. So I went to lifelabs got the first test done. Went back again 3 months later like I was told to do. Lifelabs never received a requisition for the second round. There was no "repeat in three months" written on there, they printed it out to show me. Wanted to call the clinic but they do not accept phone calls. I've had way better experiences at Northwood but I can't go there because my doctor gets dinged and after that I may lose my family Doctor. It was part of the agreement when I got on with my family Doctor that you have to go to this particular walk-in clinic. My current family doctor is amazing but she is on maternity leave. It makes me so sad to be so young and just exhausted all the time and gaining weight. I just want to know what's wrong with me but the people you are supposed to trust don't have the passion required to do the job right.... I know for a fact of my doctor was still working none of this would of happened. I would of known what the problem is by now...Unreal.

Lady at the counter was very rude. She didn't let you finish a sentence. Didn't answer the questions we had. I don't recommend especially if you are a foreigner. Below one star.

I have never seen such horrible parking Situation... My personal driveway has more parking room, the Confusion from staff Is unbelievable. What a Awful place this is, I'm sure with all the money that These physicians are making they can make it a little better, cleaner and friendlier.

Front desk staff are unfriendly, dismissive and condescending. The Dr's bit off more than they can chew, and is showing through their practice. I have yet to see another office so disorganized, and with such low rating.

Arrived at 5:10 and was told they were closed. Clinic doesn't close until 8 pm, and my family doctor woukd prefer I use this clinic. Even though I explained this he would not help me. I went to another clinic.

Website is never updated when they close early. Told to go to this clinic only with our family drs office. Drive all the way to the clinic to find it closed. Sign on the door says closed due to high volume of patients, yet the clinic is pitch black inside.
