★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent subs every time. Staff is usually very friendly and efficient. My only complaint is the tidiness...or lack thereof. The window sills and booths need to be wiped more frequently as wells as more frequent sweeping. A lot of leftover food lying around. Other than that it's great!

But they were super nice and didn't seem annoyed or bothered at all. Honestly was a great experience and love the chicken teriyaki sub!!! Definitely would recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm extremely unimpressed by this sub and the person who made it tonight. After I spoke up about how it was made he stated, that's how he felt to make it. I even noticed that there are still notes on the back for the employee to follow while making the sandwich, I've never had the lettuce put on top and the other veggies lazy spread across. And the fact it's smothered in mayo which I didn't ask for.
In the over 5 yrs I worked total in 2 different provinces the sandwich artist training has always been the same. This sandwich is a disgrace and tastes like mayo, green peppers and pickles. Barely can tell there's lettuce at all.
You get paid to be trained for the job, don't think they can't take the pay away if you don't follow guidelines. I refused to ask him to make me another because of what he said. Now I'm wishing I would of told him to just throw it out! It's gross.
