This location prioritizes online ordering through skip the dishes.
If you're in store and an order comes in, you will be told to wait.
He left the sandwich on the counter 11 minutes so he could do a skip order that came in.
The girl working couldn't be bothered to help either.
Incredibly poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse ever submarine. Chicken tasted like rubber. When I complained and brought it back and wanted to try another one, the manager said I would have to pay for it. I'll never go back there again Lasalle and Notre Dame location. Even MacDonald 's would make you a fresh order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I are regulars to Subway however it was our first time at this particular location in Sudbury. The staff were very nice and pleasant. The sandwich maker was meticulous and put exactly what we wanted in very good quantities. The bread was PERFECT-fluffy and soft even after being toasted. All ingredients were fresh and delicious. Overall great experience and BEST sub we've ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trying to to order online as there was a coupon stating “ buy one with a drink get the second free” the online was not taking payments. We decided to go in and order as we still wanted subway. We made our two sandwiches and picked a drink and then explained how the payment was failing on their end. The guy at the counter confirmed the site was down and it was in their end…. He then stated that the online was down so we had to pay full price? Instead of honouring the coupon! He said there was no button for the discount (lie) and that he couldn’t put the code in. I’ve worked at many small food chains and know how easy it is to give a discount. I then replied saying, just don’t punch one sub in? He thought about it then the rude lady beside him jumped in saying full price or nothing, we said never mind. then our fully wrapped subs were thrown away. What kinda of costumer service is this? Anyway I’m eating a delicious pita from pita pit and I will not be coming back to subway for the pure disrespect we endured.
