β β β β β Well this morning, was lady stuff,I ask why are you not putting more chicken and veggies in my wrap, she just ignored me. Where yesterday the guy stuff made such a good wrap. I would definitely not stop there anymore on my way to Fort Mac.

β β β β β good food but I find that they didn't heat the chicken enough as it was slapped on the sandwich and "toasted". Chicken needs to be pre heated in the quick oven. Maybe a shortcut but not proper. Nice staff clean place.

β β β β β The food was good but the hospitality not good at all.
When I asked if they had "Parmesan oregano" bread, the reply that I got was- " Do you see that bread in the list in front of you".
Well, I felt taken aback and thought the lady who was at the counter was rude.

β β β β β Has been good in the past, clean, drive through is great. In 2020 on our vacation, service was poor on one trip from a guy behind the counter. I asked for a ham kids pack sub, he made a 6" and would not accept he made a mistake...he held up the line arguing and eventually stormed off to the back of the restaurant. The help wanted sign makes sense...

β β β β β This is a good example of a nice clean Subway. The washroom is always clean and well-maintained, the restaurant is also always clean. The staff are friendly and they make a great tuna sub. Plus the coffee is always on here which is not something I can say for every Subway that I have stopped at. It also has a drive-thru and lots of parking. There is even room to park a small trailer if you had to.

β β β β β The subs are always made just the way you like them. I've been getting the turkey sandwich from different subways for years now and this location never fails at giving me just what I like.

β β β β β The staff in this location need to be educated a proper manners and customer service to its customers. Especially the young girl. I would say lady but I would assume she isnβt due to how rude she was. We have 3 children and order kids packs at different subway locations often. The man cut a piece of bread off of bread that was one inch thick. Now of course I spoke up and asked for a 6 inch because Iβm not paying full price for a kids meal that is 1 inch thick. After we asked to switch to a 6 inch. This girl came over and rudely said βUm ya thatβs a size of a kids, itβs always that smallβ along with dirty looks and attitude. After letting her know thatβs not the size of kids size sandwich. She then went to whisper to her male fellow employee talk about us the customers and laugh. We were so appalled we walked out and went somewhere else for our meal. As the manager of this small subway shop I would hope he/she would work with this young girl and teach her how to properly speak to people in general and how to properly behave especially at work.
