Rating based upon experiences and expectations of subway:
I visit this location for lunch during the week and find the staff very friendly. They work fast (unlike some other locations) and don't cheap out by weighing or measuring sometimes. some may be concerned about that, but compared to the amount I get at other subways who use measuring devices, this location puts more on!
I enjoy visiting this location for lunch because I can always expect a good attitude, a well made sandwich (haven't seen bad ingredients yet), and consistent time to make the sandwich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you ask for a sandwich in a bowl format due to a 1 year old making less of a mess that way the answer is "no". Why is the customer service that low that they won't do something that simple. So now they are stuck with a mess on the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this specific Subway are very friendly, always smiling and always do their best. This place is always tidy and the bathroom has been clean each time I've used it. The one thing I've noticed more often is that the veggies could be more fresh. The I don't choose the lettuce anymore, its a tad brown and the tomatoes are green and white. I don't like to say anything negative about the Chase BC Subway because I really do love the people that work there they are super sweet...I guess you could say the rest of the good stuff about this place totally trumps the negative...but still get some fresh veggies its what Subway is all about❤?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was great. Chase Subway charged 8.64 for a veggie wrap. they are calling it a signature sandwich. I know inflation is all around us but this was a surprise becasue at all the other subway's the veggie warp is 5.00 ish. Not sure why they are calling it a signature sandwich?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love the fact that we have a "healthy fast(ish) food" option here in town. It is conveniently located in the Chase Plaza next to a few more stores. It is always clean and the workers always friendly and lively : )
