★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was terrible, the attendant this morning tried to give me the wrong order when I pointed it out, she dumped the sandwich and threw my money on the counter. She did this infront of my kids who were waiting for the sandwiches for school. I'll never go there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally dont write reviews, but after attending this location, I feel the need to let you know not only am I disappointed with the service, but there pop is flat. (shaken up pop left in a hot car for a year kinda flat) . They didnt get one out of three sandwiches I ordered made properly ( I asked for everything on two of the three sandwiches) . Next time I guess I'll have pay attention to make sure that everything actually gets put on. Due to the lack of oven mitts the older lady thought it necessary to dump all the chicken in the center of the sandwich cuz the silicon container they heat the meat gets hot ......who knew? All in all very disappointed in my experience. Wont be attending this location. Better of driving the few extra minutes to didsbury or crossfield. Hope next time they can spend a little more time on the quality of food and beverages they sell !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, the lady was very rude. . Worst customer service I’ve received since living in Carstairs. Everybody everywhere else has been super nice. I will never visit this subway again and it’s such a shame because everybody in my house loves subway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great Subway; the restaurant is clean, service is always fast and friendly, and there is always seating available. The recent addition of gluten free options is fantastic! I recommend having the gluten free bun toasted for the best flavour and texture.
