T	Tracy Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in behind a gentleman who was recipient of rude behaviour from the one of the staff. The customer had some specific request on how he wanted his food but the staff member was outwardly frustrated and rude with the man who obviously had little kids he was trying to consider in his food and drinks. Told him he couldn’t have more than 1 fork and telling the other staff he should be charged for small plastic cups. He became pretty aggressive in his demeanour. The staff member was rolling his eyes at other customers when they wanted too much toppings and then proceeded to give a s’mores cookie instead of oatmeal raisin. I would suggest this person get out of customer service and the food business if he can’t be polite and patient with the customers.
F	Fuck You on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was nasty the one guy played with the food infront of us a few weeks ago every time i go in i have coupons they dont use them they say they do but by the time total comes up for 3 foot longs its over 40$ they over do the sauce and under do the meat 2 scoops of tuna for a 12 inch... I wouldnt suggest ever going here (this is every time we buy from here even the kids wont eat it.... I call in to complain theres never a manager to help... Worst experience and total disappointment i suggest if ur gonna spend money like this timmies or the station is WAY BETTER SERVICE

But I visited here recently, and was kind of surprised at how bad it was. The employees don't listen to the customers at all. They continue on with a personal conversation while building an order. They forget what you've ordered, and ask you the same question multiple times. Customers aren't the priority here, and it shows.

S	S & C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here for a late lunch/early dinner on a Saturday in August. Very nice open room (removed the seating) and it's easy to maintain distancing with the other customers. I used the bathroom and I didn't need to ask for a key, even though I had just walked in and hadn't bought my meal yet. Nice and quick service (I'm sure they'd be great on a busy day) and tasty food. Full racks of chips and lots of bottled drinks too. There were only 3 or 4 cookies left though, minus the 2 I purchased. I recommend this place.

First time I went it was 8 and this the second time at 9 what is going on. Don't post your open times if you just pick and choose when you close.

Never have I had a subway employee tell me I couldn't have whatever vegetables I wanted. I wasnt asking for the world, just peppers. Super disappointed.
