★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kali is AMAZING. Her low maintenance, trendy cuts always get me compliments. She also always has great recommendations for products.The space her and Matt share is comfortable and stylish and it’s always a treat when I’m due to come in. Love studio port and love Kali.

I attempted 3 times to reach out to her, asking for a quote. This was a month ago - she read my messages and I never heard back. If I’m willing to pay good money, I shouldn’t have to try track you down. I get being busy, but 3 times is inexcusable. I will be going elsewhere, but wanted to let others (and Kali) know about my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Matt has been my hairstylist for the last 3 years and he has always done incredible work! From trusting him with colouring my hair for the first time, to cutting off some serious length, he has never gone wrong. Matt and Kali have an awesome dynamic in the studio, it is always such a positive and fun atmosphere! I highly recommend both Matt and Studio Port.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who has naturally curly hair, it was always a struggle to find someone who I felt comfortable enough to let treat me hair. Kali is absolutely phenomenal, she knows exactly how to cut, color, and treat curly hair and now I never have to worry again! The atmosphere of the salon is fun and relaxing and I fully enjoy getting my hair done now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally started seeing Kali way back in the day and she always did an amazing job on my hair. Eventually, I started seeing Matt and he always does my hair to perfection. Over the 3 years I've been seeing them both I've always gotten consistent compliments on my hair from friends and strangers. Plus, I always love going in because not only do they make my hair awesome, but are so fun to be around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the work that Kali did on my hair! Just make sure you are fully aware of the price point before you book. I have longer medium textured hair and was not expecting to pay as much as I did.
She charges hourly for hair colouring and I ended up paying over $400 for my hair. She did not have a hair dryer so I had to sit and wait for my hair to set for over an hour (which was a part of the hourly rate)
The setting was nice and I was impressed with the work she did. We had a good visit too, but just be aware of the price point before you book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hair coloured and cut by Kali. I asked specifically to NOT have my hair end up shorter than a certain point on my body, and for it to NOT be a specific trendy style that a lot of people have. I noticed throughout the visit that my hair was looking the opposite of what I was requesting, so I brought it up, and I was reassured by Kali that it was not going to end up looking like that. Unfortunately, it did. I would not recommend this salon as I do not think it is worth paying that much to end up with a look that you do not want. She was very nice though and the salon was clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Studio Port is the most amazing salon I have ever been to. I love how it is a smaller space so it feels so much more personal when I go there. I go to Kali and absolutely LOVE how she colours and cuts my hair, I get compliments on it all the time! Even though I go to Kali I still feel like I get to hang out with Matt and enjoy his company as well! Both Kali and Matt are so amazing at what they do and such lovely people. I love spending my appointments being around both of them ❤️ Would highly recommend to anyone!
