★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the service was very professional. My photographs that I took with Studio Photo Rose for PR portal (permanent residency) were rejected by IRCC. Reasons given by IRCC were the photo was of "incorrect face size and out of focus with poor quality".
After closely inspecting the photo, I found that the photo was indeed out of focus and not the correct face size.
I provided them the printout of the IRCC photo specifications as well. Unfortunately, the job was not done to the satisfaction. I would not recommend the studio for IRCC PR photos.
For other services, yes, they are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with a guy who was working in the studio so I wrote a bad review. Afterwards, the manager contacted me and solved the problem, so that shows that they are professional.
We had a newborn photo session with the studio. We had a great experience. She was professional and so patient. Even though our baby cried a lot, she was so calm and patiently waited for the baby to be ready to take another photo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience at Studio Photo Rose, where they took photos of me, my fiancé and newborn baby. They have a very nice studio upstairs with great backdrops and lighting. The photographer was professional and patient, particularly with our baby crying a lot of the time. She waited patiently and helped us calm our baby down to continue the photo shoot. They also take good photos for passports and print good quality photos in their studio on the main floor. I recommend Studio Photo Rose to anyone.
