R	Rain Song on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over priced. Mediocre quality. Extremely poor customer service. Prompted by the 4 average stems that cost over $30 with no offering of greenery or fill and, perhaps more so, having seen firsthand how they treated a client asking about their wreaths which were tinder dry, browning and on display out front... I left a review on another site. To provide further evidence of their poor customer service/ relations their response to me wasn't to apologise or ask how they could make it better... it was to sling unwarranted accusations and tell me that I am unwelcome in their store. I was so excited for their arrival on the Drive. Now I will be actively recommending that people not support this store. I've included pics. The red bouquet is from a grocery store... the 4 stems were from Full Bloom Studio... just over $30. The people at the grocery store were friendly, helpful and welcoming... Full Bloom quite the opposite. You decide.

The extremely helpful and polite assistant was quick to point out the beautiful supply of roses they had. She also took the time to discuss and recommend some suggestions. I asked them to use their creativeness as the displays in the shop were very impressive. The Stores itself was wonderfully decorated and the smells from the flowers is incredible. I was excited to return and was extremely pleased and amazed with the results, also very happy with the price. I included the purchase of some Jam and teas along with a $20 tip as the whole customer experience was very gratifying. I will defiantly be making this a go-to store. And YES, MY MUM HAD A TEAR IN HER EYES.
L	Little Meow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at Studio Full Bloom for over a year now and I absolutely love the handmade and local approach of their products. First time there in fall 2019, they made me a beautiful bouquet ?. Flowers lasted long time and I really enjoyed different looking stems such as “blushing bride”. Never seen this flower before :-) I went back to Studio Full Bloom for holiday season and fell in love with their mini dried flower wrath and the large wine barrel ring wrath with live air plants and dried flowers and foliage. They are soo unique! They have been displayed in my living room proudly for over a year, all season. Corona year of summer time 2020, the beautiful peony and tulip bouquet lifted my spirits for a long time, and when in dahlia season, I got the beautiful yellow dahlia bouquet. Followed by red and white holiday bouquet with amaryllis and beautiful roses. I cannot forget to mention the pampas (?) grass I got! So fluffy. I have dried many of their stems and it extends the joy for me :-) I usually request them to use dry-able flowers to be used in the bouquet. I buy all the birthday flowers and holiday gifts for friends here. You can find something different than your big box stores at Studio Full Bloom. Flowers, nice decor items or jams and honey that are very yummy. I am currently enjoying locally handmade room spray and candles that I got myself for Christmas <3 Needless to say, I enjoy shopping at Studio Full Bloom and I adore this small independent shop. Recommend.
M	Morgan Meier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um, wow. I ordered a bouquet from SFB for my mother’s birthday this past week. I live in Hamilton temporarily at the moment and couldn’t make it back to Vancouver. The occasion called for flowers! I called and ordered a bouquet for delivery. The floral designer I worked with asked all the right questions and took time to understand my mom’s taste of flowers. They NAILED IT. Mom loved the bouquet so much! I will be using them for all orders moving forward. Everything looked perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from afar. They had really cute local add-on gifts too! Can’t wait to visit the shop in person!
K	Kai Ming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend purchased me a bouquet and it cost over $70, it consisted only a few flowers and mostly foliage. It also did not last long, half the bouquet died after a few days. There are better flower shops out there, of better quality. We will not return.
C	Claire Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got these as a gift from a friend and it was such a lovely pick-me-up in a very gloomy month! She lives in the area so she's ordered from them before, but this was my first time getting anything from Studio Full Bloom. The flowers look and smell amazing, especially the carnations and lilies, and I am thrilled with how the whole bouquet turned out! Even the green pieces are cute, which I usually don't find to be the case in generic bouquets. Overall the colour scheme just turned out gorgeous. Delivery/hand-off was safe - the delivery person was masked and kept a good distance, and I also got a text alert when the bouquet was arriving which I appreciated. I'll definitely be doing an order from them myself the next time I need to send or pickup flowers :) I've been trying to be more deliberate about buying from locally owned and ethically sourced places so this fits the bill. The only downside is I have to keep them in a room away from my cat who wants to nibble, hahaha.

Furthermore, they were extremely patient with me and went over many options, because truthfully speaking I am far from an expert when it comes to flowers. Cherry on top was that my girlfriend absolutely lover the bouquet! Highly recommended!!
