â â â â â J'ai eu une belle expĂ©rience, j'Ă©tais sceptique et hĂ©sitante avant d'y aller mais finalement j'ai eu une trĂšs belle coupe et Manon est super. Elle a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs gentille et accueillante, je retourne la voir sans hĂ©sitations.
 I had a great experience, I was skeptical and hesitant before going but finally I had a very nice cup and Manon is great. She was very kind and welcoming, I go back to see her without hesitation.

â â â â â Pire service client que j'avais reçu depuis des annĂ©es dans ce mĂȘme type de salons.. Se chicaner au tĂ©lĂ©phone pendant la coupe ou en appeler 2 autres... Ătre mal polie de son comportement avant mĂȘme ça. Des reproches au client (moi) de ne pas parler, ne m'Ă©coute pas, me donne des ordres, des clients cĂ©dulĂ©s en mĂȘme temps donc pressĂ©.. RĂ©sultat de la coupe: catastrophe!!!! Je suis partie stressĂ© et tendue au max. Horrible expĂ©rience! Plus jamais.
Worse customer service that I had received for years in this type of salons .. To quibble on the phone during the cut or to call 2 others ... Be bad polite of his behavior even before that. The customer's reproaches (me) not to speak, do not listen to me, gives me orders, customers scheduled at the same time so in a hurry .. Result of the cut: disaster !!!! I left stressed and tense to the max. Horrible experience! Never again.
