I took and intro to pottery class (8 weeks class) back in August. Alena was my teacher and she was really great at explaining everything and she was really fun to be around.
I also was able to do some practice hours outside of class, and everyone was really friendly.
The studio was nice. Roomy and nice light from outside.
HOWEVER, the reason why I'm giving the studio 2 stars, is because they are not good at communicating. They have memberships there and I asked to be put on the waiting list back then. I was told there was at least 50 people before me on the list and that I might have to wait more than a year to be able to get a spot and continue creating at this studio. I was told to email them through the website and that the manager (?) would put me on the list.
I emailed them, and got no answer.
In the meantime, I found another studio, which is further away from me, but it's a really nice studio and everyone there is great!
I emailed again, in December, to check what my status was on the waitlist, or if my name was even put on there in the first place... Still, no answer.
Finally, I emailed on January 17th, and you guessed it... No answer.
I just wish I could know why nobody ever replied to my multiple emails...
TL:DR : good classes, good teacher, good ambiance. Bad managing / communicating.
