She made fun of my English, called me names, called My suppliers telling them that she has “a bunch of untrustful clients” biggest mistake ever, never recommend this ARQUITECTO, is just an unprofesional person! UPDATE: COMPREHENDING what fire separation means? You, Fadia, MISSED the fire separation! You did not only affect 1 business, but you affected 2 businesses! You were/are so unprofessional, even the building inspectors did not want to deal with you! What explanation did you give, and what was hard to explain to me? All your mistakes?! The safety of the public could have been your first concern, if you didn't miss the fire separation! I agree with Teresa TT's review, 100%. Your dedication of your profession is just money. Absolutely unprofessional, and mean, not just to me but to so many people that worked together with me during the process. To anyone reading this, Stay Away and look somewhere else!

A friend of mine told me about Studio Archifad so decided to give them a call. Fadia - (An interior designer in Toronto )was very helpful in giving me options and ideas so I could choose my price range accordingly. The entire experience was pleasant and the service she provided was great ! Would definitely recommend her, "One of the best restaurant designers in Toronto" !
T	Teresa TT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fadia is an extremely unprofessional individual. Having worked with several architects, engineers, and other alike professionals, I had the worst experience with her. I contacted her to design my brother's backyard. She provided me with a quote, without a break down of what the fee included. When I called her to ask her what the quote included, she said "It includes the drawings and whenever you change your mind, even the most minor change, will cost you $120 of my time for one hour's work." I asked her, "what if it doesn't take an hour to complete the revision, what if it's minor?" She then responded saying that minor revisions take her hours and that they would be $120 for each hour. Fadia, is extremely unprofessional, was talking over me during telephone conversations, gave me attitude, and in the end of our conversation hung up on me. Fadia is dishonest with her time and makes it sound like the project is way more technical than it actually is, just so she can charge you more money and take advantage of you! In the end, my brother and I did not hire her, and we are now working with a very professional architect who has broken down the quote, is not charging for any additional changes/revisions, and HAS SENT us a contract!
