Horrible mental health services!! My roommate is in crisis and they told her to come back net week for another appointment. No help at all. Do not expect anything good from this place if you are struggling with mental health, not sure how they are getting such good reviews. Extremely disappointed.

Closed with no message of when they will be open, had to go to CDK on Princess, no message on website or google that they are closed. the sign on the door, which this site won't show reads, "The Walk In Clinic is Closed this Morning Sorry for the Inconvenience." No indication of when it will open. 24,000 students, no clinic today in the winter during flu and cold season.

I am extremely disappointed in the care I received from Dr. Ryan Lee. I saw him regarding a persistent headache that had lasted over a week, and hives on my body. I proceeded to tell him that I had been taking advil and using hydrocortisone cream but neither had been effective. He sent me away and told me to continue taking advil and using hydrocortisone until they both went away. Update: still not effective.

I don't know who is giving this place a good rating but it certainly isn't any students. If you get sick at Queen's, you are absolutely screwed if you have to go here. For one thing, they stop taking people at the walk-in clinic literally less than an hour after it opens every day, so if you are anything but first in the door, it doesn't work. If by some miracle you do get in, be prepared to wait 3 hours to see the doctor for 5 minutes. The staff are inconsiderate and feel unqualified - I mean the doctors, not the nurses or administration, they were fine. I've never felt less comfortable with and I've never had less faith in a doctor than I have here in the times I've visited. I don't know what to say to any Queen's student who gets sick and wants help. Just don't get sick, I guess. That seems to be the university's policy.

Surprised that they don't have family doctors here. Last visit, after the doctor got to know that I requested for family doctor from the front desk, she came into the room with a very bad attitude and the first thing she asked was "How long have you been to Canada?" with a terrible face and tone. Then she said "we don't offer family doctors here" Excuse me? Just because I'm an Asian so you can talk to me like this? Due to my medical condition, I had my family doctor from University of Ottawa Health Service when I studied my undergrad there. Because of Queen's Student Wellness Services refused to my request, I couldn't have a record of my health condition while I was studying at Queen's. And seems like they are very proud of their poor service and their ugly attitude toward a visible minority.

Dr.Billings was extremely kind and understanding, she kept it very professional and listened to what I was saying as well she provided me with tons of helpful information regarding my back issues. She genuinely seems to care about her patients. 10/10 recommend her. She is awesome!
