Since 1980, Structural Truss Systems has designed and manufactured high quality engineered building systems from our home in Fort Macleod, Alberta. With the use of sophisticated computer software, industrial precision equipment, and prime graded lumber, we take pride in fabricating a superior product. These guys were slightly cheaper. But more importantly, the engineer made a minor mistake with my trusses. This happens.
Why they are five star is because my engineer personally delivered the piggybacks and apologized the same day they heard back about the mistake. He allowed me to get my roof up before winter by taking the time himself to make up for it.
I have a huge amount of respect for companies that provide that level of service, and a huge amount of respect for Loren.
