They are professional in every way..they consulted with us with everything they did..they are clean and tidy made sure their work areas were cleaned up after they were done for the day. We are loving our new bathroom. The heated floors is the highlight for us. They helped us with selecting good quality, beautiful tiles and even suggested designs and made it come to life. We would highly, highly recommend this company. They are the best in what they do. Great people to work with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating all the way. Thank you for your patience and a job well done.

What used to be a small, dark shower has turned into a beautiful, bright, spacious work of art due to the teams unbelievable talent. They were able to turn our ideas and wishes into reality. The team is polite, respectful, super friendly, punctual, reliable and they even offered to boost my truck one day when it wouldn’t start, which is going above and outside of their responsibilities. It just proved that they are kind natured people. Not once did I ever feel uncomfortable or out of place as they were here renovating, which speaks volumes. Ross even came back to assist with completion of the vanity installation and plumbing, which was not in the contract. This team is incredible and I’ll continue to recommend them any chance I get.

In just a few short weeks they transformed it from ‘builder blah’ to ‘spa’ and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Stronor is everything you’d want in a contractor - honest, experienced, and friendly with great quality work. Ross came out to scope and quote the renovation quickly and was upfront about estimated costs and timeline. His years of experience were obvious as he talked through process and listened to my design ideas. His suppliers and the local stores here in Stouffville provided quality materials and spoke highly of their experience with Ross over the years. Their communication was excellent. We always knew what was going on and what to expect next. My daughter still asks about Ross and Dave and thinks every pickup truck in town is theirs. She wants to know when they are coming back to do ‘her’ bathroom because she really enjoyed talking to them at the end of the day as they were packing and cleaning up. If you are thinking of reaching out for a quote, do it! If you’ve scoped out a few options already and they have time in their calendar for you, lock them in! You’ll be so happy you did.
