C	Claire Sutherland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Husband and 2 young daughters went for a swim today ....paid $10 for the 3 of them to enter ...less than a minute later were told the pool was closed due to impending weather and were not given a refund ...told it was policy! Surely there is a policy in place to refund money if patrons weren't actually allowed to enter the pool!!! Basically our money was accepted and within minutes were told we cant swim and aren't getting our money back! Perhaps the staff could have refused entry before taking payment and allowing my kids to LOOK at the pool before asking them to leave. Extreamly disappointed and now with 2 sad kids..thanks streetsville pool!

But Staff doesn’t pay attention at all there was 5 kids in total in the pool and over then 5 adults A child fell and was asking for help the staff continued talking and I jumped to assist after seeing another small child trying to help!! May as well be an open pool with no lifeguards!!!

When we arrived we were told to wait 30 minutes because of the thunder then the staff girl went inside and shut the window blinds completely. After 30 minutes the staff didn’t even show up to tell us they weren’t opening this is lack of communication. We wasted our time and left with disappointed children who were excited to swim.

We had booked an appointment for the outdoor pool me and my friends with all our children, only to be told to wait 30 minutes because the staff heard thunder. She told us to wait and closed the window blinds and everything. After 30 minutes the staff didn't even come outside to tell us they will not be opening. This was a huge waste of time and disappointment to us and all our children/toddlers who were excited to go swimming. We weren't even warned beforehand that the pool will not be opening today no emails, no calls, NOTHING. I can't express how ignorant this is.
