I looked on my own for a bit (it was valentines and I actually like not being approached immediately) and then a really friendly, knowledgeable lady helped me out with putting together a unique little bundle. But I've also custom ordered personalized arrangements in the past and they've always blown it out of the water. This florist is excellent all of the time.

The office was short staffed and despite that the service provider was polite and professional and handled the situation very well. This was the Saturday before Mother's day the lady was working the counter by herself and showed her commitment to her customers gracious and personal.

Not even a glance or acknowledgement as I walked around the store. I paused at the counter to see if I could asked a question but the 2 ladies just continued with their own conversation. Not a store that I will return to unfortunately.

Since the previous owners sold the business, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service, an increase in cost, and just an overall drop in personal satisfaction. With the previous owners I used to walk out of the shop with 2 arms full or flowers and a smile of my face. Disappointing.
V	Victoria Giles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in last minute to grab some flowers for my brother's wedding cake and the lady at the desk was incredibly helpful and really went above and beyond to help me get what I needed for my idea, in my crunch. She was very nice and offered great knowledge for the flowers! We are very lucky to have this little shop in our town, that's for sure.
