★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides longer then usual wait times I have been seeing Dr. Rishi since i was around 16 when Dr. Tereposky retired, i am 21 now when i tell you this doctor has always been there for me and any concerns regarding my health i have ever had i mean it. Her personality is amazing and i can tell she cares not only about my health as her patient but also as a person. She’s extremely thorough and always calls to check up on me even if i just went to a walk in with a cold. She’s an amazing doctor my mom also see’s Dr. Rishi and raves about her as well!

She is very professional patient and kind, her understanding for your all concerns is comforting during such times, she is sincerely an amazing person I wish all dr were like her thank you for everything wish you always the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the privilege of having Dr. Jennifer Miesner as my doctor and I have nothing but gratitude and respect for her. The reception staff have all changed over the past couple of years with the exception of Vivienne who continues to be friendly, helpful and caring. Unfortunately, her lovely demeanor only exacerbates the other receptionists rude and impatient tone of voice and snappy answers, over the phone-when they get around to answering it....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m stunned to see such grief about the receptionists. They’ve been so kind and amazing to me. I have to go to this clinic a lot. They’re always so kind and humourous! Also, I’ve had to see a variety of doctors from the clinic. All are unique but great in their own ways. I feel so supported during this pregnancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have made 14 calls in the last 24 hours to schedule an appointment, they have no voicemails and never answer their phone, this despite being on hold twice for a half hour.
Do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Higgins and the rest of the staff are friendly, accommodating, welcoming & reassuring. As a first time mom with anxiety I cannot thank them enough for how their office is managed and how smooth the process is. Appointments are booked promptly with follow up emails to confirm. The office is clean and easy to get to with underground parking. Dr. Higgins herself is very knowledgeable, understanding and attentive with her patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my doctor but I have been trying to get through to schedule an appointment for almost 2 weeks and I can’t get my call answered. I’ve called almost every day at different times and I’ve waited up to 40 minutes while it rang and still haven’t had any luck. This morning it won’t even go through it just says the customer is unavailable.
I don’t know what to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to make an appointment with my dr and I get told to go to walk in instead though they have been my dr for 17 years. It was about new medication and important as dr has our history. Months later I try to make an another appointment for my 17 year old son in school for his hormone treatment and mental health and anxiety but apparently he has to do that himself. Ya thanks for all your support. Rude and unprofessional staff
