They billed me $325, and said that quote was only if you also had a septic tank. When I called, the lady on the phone said that was her mistake and it’s happened before, but did not offer any discount.

M	M B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to check our septic system as we were getting a strong sewage odor, gurgling noises and sewage pooling above ground. He walked over the septic bed with a metal hanger and said it was working perfectly well. They pumped out the septic which didn't need to be done and charged $325.00. The issue persisted. We called them back and they said they were too busy and would come back when they had the time. The issue was getting worse and worse. 3 weeks later, we called a local company from Westport. He found and fixed a pipe that had loosened from the tank to the bed , he repumped the tank, made sure all the pipes were fully supported with gravel and charged $200.00. I called Storring back to ask for a partial refund or discount on our next pump out and they could not have cared less. They had no interest in even discussing it with us.
