Ordered a storage box, very flimsy quality and also the lock was not working.
I got a response and the team rectified the concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locked cabinet ordered did not include the keys to the cabinet. I made a request 4 separate times for keys to be sent. Company only responded to 2nd request for keys stating they would mail them. Keys never arrived and subsequent requests were never responded to. Terrible, terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a Storex clipboard and desk organizer from my office, and even after 5 years of use they've held up great. I think it's important to support Canadian companies like Storex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Storex has the best customer service. My keys for my filling cabinet broke not once but twice. I go on their website only to find that you can order keys for free. I have ordered keys twice. Storex should maybe make the keys a bit better but amazing customer support. Would definitely be buying more of their products.
