★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rates are okay, requires 30 days notice to move out, doesn't charge bill on proper merchant code for reoccurring bills, can't see terms of conditions until after you make an account and put in card information. Everything was covered in sand when we moved our stuff out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to cancel my unit well over the 30 days requirement, but they still charged me for my unit the next month. Half hour on hold and I still havent talked to anyone. Here's hoping they actually call back.
If you dont plan to keep the unit forever, avoid this company. Cancellation is a joke.

He was fair, polite and professional. I appreciate good service as well as professionalism. Clean units with long gate hours, no complaints. Well done, will be happily renting for much longer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an issue with the billing department, the owner was great though to call and resolve it over the weekend here though, so I only have good things to say about him. Very helpful and reasonable guy to work with, generally around the yard and very good to answer questions and explain things. Great service on James part. Thanks!

Then called for a refund and got told from the owner he doesn’t refund money. So he thinks it’s ok to steal money from customers . I wouldn’t store nothing there even after paying for a rental who knows what else he might try pulling /screwing me over on .

Got a storage and was told I can still get to the unit with trailer no problem regardless of their construction but no its a tight zigzag to it. They couldn't get me a login thing setup, was told 150 then 180 and then 179, at payment wasn't told of any other charges until I seen my statement they added an extra 40+ dollars ?
I asked for my money back within a day after payment, I understood they have no return policy but I explained the situation and no way I can get in there, they agreed to return but it'll take awhile to process ok that's fine so I waited...... for a month. Called back and they said they decided not to refund because someone (WHO IS NOT on the account) called and demanded the money back and legal action may happen, I wasn't aware of this and no one contacted me of this change. Unprofessional handle of this situation on their part. My advise, don't bother with this company and go somewhere else. If I could give a no star I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ James is incredibly easy to deal with. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy and they get what they need. We had rented a unit which wasn't sealed on the bottom so he gave us a different unit. We then realized we needed a larger unit and even though he didn't have another one available, he came up with an alternative. We were very happy with the service we got from James. I would highly recommend renting here.
