★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with stop and storage was awesome! Chad and Amanda in the office where really great to deal with. I haven’t received the best service or customer service lately with other companies so thanks guys for making my experience with my storage rental a good one.
I’ll definitley refer this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service is centralized and extremely bad. I called for the new gate code and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes, she said she couldn't find it and even went as far as saying that she doesn't think they have that information. Then she hung up on me.
Called back, same routine with another rep. Been on the line for almost 30 minutes just to access the lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic storage company! It is simple and quick! The staff in the office were easy to deal with and accomodating to our requirements. It is a basic storage unit in a drive-up accessible yard with full access. It is much more reasonably priced from the expensive storage in town. You have to understand you get what you pay for. It is a simple storage unit that is out in the elements but did the trick. We were smart enough to wrap our stuff up knowing that it is an outdoor facility to help prevent the possibility of damage to our things, though we did not have to worry. If you are expecting anything more than what it is, maybe go spend the extra $200 a month and be inside a building. Stop and Store is Great service, great storage units and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs basic storage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With zero storage available in whistler and pemby after being on waitlists for all of June and july2021 , I half - heartedly reached out to stop and store crew at Squamish.
Chad was an absolute Legend! Top lad sorted out everything in a way I was able to move in on a weekend. Foolproof instructions and the loveliest service. Massive props ? for sorting this out and understanding the urgency required for it.
Yes - they have a central HQ answering all calls and taking msgs for branches. But staff have always called me literally as I hang up from HQ.
Highly recommended and will absolutely use again!!
