Thanks to Dr. Melkie, he is happy to return. He also pointed out ways to fix things that other dentists were not able to. I would highly recommend him, and the team, to anybody!

They will do as much unnecessary work on your teeth as your insurance will pay for. Never had a cavity before? Well come there and they just might find a cavity in every tooth. So so so greasy!

I decided to try this clinic instead of waiting for my next trip home and I'm so glad I did! From the friendly greeting to my patient/calming hygienist and finally the visit with Dr. Chan, the visit was fantastic. I highly recommend!

Even the needed to freeze were painless . I fell asleep while the procedure was going on . And there's a tv on the ceiling . Great people work there . All of them . 10 out of ten for me. ....
P	Pallavi Sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend Dr Alan Chan who’s the owner of the clinic as well. I had wisdom tooth removed from Dr Chan, even after 1 month the pain didn’t go away, so I booked a follow up (which they should have booked one after the surgery). Dr Chan at the follow up, asked me to book a root canal for the tooth next to the removed tooth. The dental assistant at that time questioned him about how come he didn’t know this at the time of wisdom tooth removal. I have had healthy teeth all my life so this didn’t resonate with me and I went for a second opinion to one of the renowned dentists in town. On examination with the new dentist, I was told that my tooth is completely healthy, no root canal needed and the gum is taking some time to close and prescribed me a toothpaste off the counter to help with that. Within 4 days of using the toothpaste my pain was gone and I didn’t have any issues after that. It feels so sad to experience this. As a follow up, I wanted to talk to Dr Chan on the phone and the receptionist Sasha and the manager Nadine were very rude to me and told me that Dr Chan is not going to speak to me and hung up the phone. They also billed me for the wisdom tooth removal follow up appointment, which was supposed to be a free follow up after the surgery. They are rude, unprofessional and do not care how the patient is feeling, all they want is to make money of your insurance.
