★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a nice job with the installation but we've had a chip that needed to be repaired. Called and left messages on 3 occasions and they were never returned. Called again and finally spoke to someone and booked an appointment. They never showed up! Called them back and they offered no apologies. Won't deal with these people again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE customer service. The person who answered the phone at this 2 bit hick operation was rude, angry with tone and should be fired. I don't normally write reviews, but this prompted me to. Especially when I read all the other negative comments about this place. Not sure how they stay in business. I think because they do contract for builders, likely at a discounted rate that normal reputable business and service providers would.Truthfully, their horrible customer (or lack there of) service couldn't possibly render them any new valuable clients. STAY FAR AWAY FROM STONE N COUNTERS (MAYBE THATS WHY THEY'RE IN BEAUSEJOUR) ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I purchased a home through a builder 8 years ago. We recently purchased a new stove and realized the stove cavity in our home is 2 mm below the standard 30 inches, due to the countertops hanging over the cabinets too far. The builder brought it to my attention that Stone N Counters were the ones that installed our countertops and I would need to reach out to them. When I called I was told the work would not be warranted in any way and that they could come out but there would be a significant cost to do the work. I asked if they would at the very least offer a discount, because the countertops were measured incorrectly to begin with. Our initial stove just happened to be smaller and we were not aware at the time. Stone N Counters told me that the countertop installer would have installed our counters according to our stove size at the time, which makes no sense because WE DIDN'T PURCHASE OUR APPLIANCES UNTIL "AFTER" THE COUNTER WAS INSTALLED!!! Now our stove is in the middle of our kitchen and we are having to pay someone a few hundred dollars out of pocket because this company can not measure precisely. I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service was rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a preliminary estimate from Stone N Counters on a Tuesday. On Wednesday, the installation techs arrived with their laser and verified my measurements. On Thursday I went to pay up front and the revised price was actually lower even though I had agreed to pay the higher price! Less than a week later, the quartz tops were installed! I'm more than impressed with how smoothly the ordering and installation went. I couldn't ask for any better service. Based on my experience, I'd recommend them. Doug G

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When ordered an item, it was delivered in a decent time frame. When I booked a service to replace a sink, never show up, called second time, no show again...6 months after.. price went up which is fine... Emailed them again, no show. Thanks and no thanks
