★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and nurses are wonderful, but the Stollery definitely needs to invest in hiring more personal. It is unacceptable to wait over 5/6 hours with a kid in pain and high fever. I had a faster response in my third world country. I do not mean to be rude but please hire more people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall OK experience. Loved the social worker that went around making sure everyone was comfortable. Loves a hand full of the nurses, very sweet and caring. But like all places there was some very mean and harsh nurses that talked badly about patients and the kids in open areas where I could hear it. I think a couple nurses in there definitely lack sympathy and friendliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be waiting for hours on end to see a doctor, and I was there for 3 days straight, in and out of the emergency, till they finally admitted my daughter for having a swollen infected lymph node, they sent us home two days later with oral medication, and it got worse, and I took her to Jim Pattinsons childrens hospital and it turns out she needed surgery so I personally think that was all a waste of time, on the bright side, they had really nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good and the place is clean but the workers at the entrance need us to change the masks. I said that we can just put the mask on top of the one that we have but they didn't want to us to do that and I was saying that if I take my mask off and change it, the germs will spread but the lady denied it. Stupid service at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited In the emergency room for 8 hrs, another 2 hrs inside for my 1 year old to be seen by the doctor. 10 hrs wait in total and still didn’t get a doctor to check on her. They sent a student doctor that seemed unsure about the situation. Didn’t do any tests or blood work on my daughter. She said that she would send a senior doctor but she ended up coming back saying that was it just go with what I told you. Ended up leaving without knowing what is wrong with her or even what can I do to help her getter better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best hospital experience we have ever had. Our little one was flown to Edmonton and immediately seen in the neonatal intensive care unit. All of the staff treated us amazingly and every effort was taken to assure our little one got the care he needed.
