Bought a chest freezer for our small apartment 2+ years ago. Works wonders! We don’t have room for it in our kitchen/ living space, so it lives in our bedroom. It is so quiet that we never notice any noise. Would recommend to anyone

Our company recently bought a stove from this company, and unfortunately the stove door broke during transport. The customer service team at Stirling Marathon is incredible, not only were they prompt in their response, but they shipped me a free replacement door with instructions. Such a great company, and one of the best customer service departments I have ever encountered!!!

I purchased the Epic red fridge from this company, the product is fantastic, I love this fridges style and design. The company reached out by phone to make sure I was happy with the product months after I purchased it. Not often a company touches base with its customers.

They had the best price for a upright freezer. I had a problem with my gasket even though I've had the freezer for quite a few years. They sent me a new one. They stand behind their product.

I have received my Epic 7.1cuft chest freezer for 2 weeks now... Love it. perfect size. easy to get it started. so far everything all good. Came in perfect condition just as you would expect it.

The shipper ( not Stirling Marathon) mangled my fridge door and plastic door trays. Kelsey in customer service sent me a replacement door and trays. All to my complete satisfaction.

We purchased a beautiful MARATHON WINE COOLER - MBWC24-2D. It worked GREAT for 3 years. It all of a sudden just stopped cooling the beverages. We contacted Sterling Marathon and they basically said that there's nothing they can do for us!!! I found that to be a poor response so I called and left a message. I waited 2 days and called again and once again I left a message. I have yet get a return call. My wife and I have tried to get an answer as to what we can do. They finally emailed and said call a repair person!!! I'm not sure if I would ever pur have another unit from them again!! Very disappointed!!!!!

I had a Marathon freezer that refused to work. It kept stopping and starting. I first suspected it was the capacitor, which is normally the case. I tried to look for the capacitor in local repair stores with no luck. I called Stirling Marathon Appliances to see if they have the part for sell. Kelsey was the attendant. She confirmed my freezer model and sent me a capacitor for free! What a nice experience. The story did not end. I replaced the new capacitor and the issue persisted. I turned to Stirling Marathon again, with detailed description of the symptoms. Kelsey suggested the issue was the relay, instead of the capacitor. And she sent me the relay. The new relay works perfectly! My freezer gets a new life! Thank you Kelsey and Stirling Marathon Appliances. You are the role model of the appliance industrial and customer services.
