Their presence soak has gone so week, that it won't even get rid of simple dust stains from the rain, which usually comes off like nothing. I've been going there for 6 years, but since the "New" owners took over, I've been having issues I'd never experience washing my vehicles there before. They told me many times over the course of a whole year that it was what it was, or that they would get the problem solved, but never did. Bad customer service.

I went in when there was NO ONE else in the place and wiped inside my car. At no time was there anymore than one other car in there yet the worker came to tell me to” read the sign” no wiping. Ok I went outside and wiped and the person followed me outside and suggested that I should do that “at home”. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS Reply to their reply. TOTAL LIE I was in their bay less than 15 minutes, I had a small brown paper lunch bag of garbage. What does being like a BLACK CUSTOMER mean ?

There are other carwashes nearby that provide much better service. I live extremely close to here and I drive out of my way to wash somewhere better lol The young guy working here is very polite. The old man is very grumpy...

You own a business that allows people to clean their dirty vehicles at, and they PAY YOU. My vehicle wasn't excessively dirty, but it was dirty which is why I went to get it washed. I was just washing my vehicle like normal. I was not purposefully making a mess, but I was cleaning my dirty vehicle. I will not be spending my money there anymore.
