Someone built a private property here , and we were told to park our van by the mailbox then walk to see the bluff.
I had a disabled person so we couldn't go.
It's a pity that Powell River was only a one time visit and their city allowed someone to build a private property on s tourist attraction.
It should be zero star since we drove by and couldn't see.
