In terms of preparation, he offered a number of insights on what needed to be done and was also able to recommend contractors that he works with who were able to complete the work on our timeline at reasonable cost. He was super knowledgeable about our market and he and his team made scheduling the showings painless! I really liked his approach in allowing preemptive offers as this allowed us to gather pricing information during the showings, which meant that we were able to trigger an early offer acceptance date and close things off 2 days sooner than we had originally expected. We have moved all over North America and I can say without reservation that Steve provided the best sellers agent experience we have ever had! He was a one stop shop for us, going above and beyond what other agents we have worked with were willing to do.
