They will take your order and send a confirmation even if they do not deliver to the intended area and it takes several days for them to respond to email inquiries. My mom missed out on Mother's Day flowers due to their faulty online ordering system! I would recommend not using this company.

I was surprised to be contacted by the owner of the shop after I had left my original review regarding the quality of a flower arrangement I had ordered to be delivered to a friend. She asked how she can make this right and was so professional and accommodating and friendly! She is also fantastic at communicating promptly which is great. You donโt often find customer service like this nowadays! She delivered a new flower arrangement today and it turned out beautifully!! It was more than what I had hoped for and my friend said it definitely brightened her day!
I would definitely use this florist again and my friend who received the flowers was very impressed too!

We are definitely a more particular couple, and with planning our wedding from a distance, Cindy worked with us over phone calls, texts and visits to the shop to make our floral vision for our big day come true! We would definitely have Cindy do our wedding if we had to do it all over again! Thank you so much for the great experience you gave us, we truly appreciate you!

โ โ โ โ โ Quite disappointed with both the flower arrangement and the wording on the card. We drove over 4 hours to attend the funeral at Erskine and expected to see something a bit nicer for the amount we paid ($168.00).
