We wanted a 4 bedroom that has an extra bedroom on the main floor with 4 baths and we found all of these with Sterling homes. The staff worked with us on all our upgrades and we are very satisfied. From picking the neighborhood to choosing the lot, they spent a lot of time to make sure me and my wife are comfortable in the process. They also sent me periodic updates on the preconstruction including pictures and videos of the site. She is so nice and friendly you feels like you know her since long time. She is very polite and has always smile on her face. She is very professional and knowledgeable, can answer everything you ask her. Whenever we needed anything she was always there. She responds very quickly. Our home is really good quality built and we are very happy with the workmanship. We are really thankful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again with Sterling Homes. Bought a house in Orchards in 2017, poor insulation in the entire home. Kitchen pipe freezes in winter. Matter has been pending since 2018. A technician visited sometime in December 2021, promised to come back after the Xmas holidays, still waiting to hear back from them. Overall deplorable after sale services. Left with no other option but to approach government agencies for redressal of my grievance.
