I contacted Mark who was extremely professional and took me through the whole process. He is very responsive and helpful in navigating all the forms and the challenges that COVID has added to the process.

He does specifically this and was so thorough, professional, clear, concise and always available to answer my questions. He did all the work to make the transfer happen and even went through documentation in a zoom call to explain what needed to be signed and where.
