★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We find that though they are "child advocates" if your child is sick they are apparently very firm on their 48hr notice cancellation. I do know know many people who know 48hrs in advance of their child Wales up with a fever how they can provide 48 hrs notice. Our daughter had a fever and we notified them at 730am that we would most likely miss our 3pm appt. They replied at the time, no problem thanks for the notification. Now a year later, they are now threatening to take us to court or collections if we do not pay this missed appt fee. They are requesting the full amount. Seems a bit extreme for an organization that works with children. I'm 100% sure they would not have wanted us to show up to the appt with a sick child with a fever.
