About Steinbach Regional Secondary School
The Steinbach Regional Secondary School, located in Steinbach, Manitoba, is home to approximately 1700 students from grades 9 to 12, 130 teaching staff, 50 educational assistants, and 20 support staff and is part of the Hanover School Division. With a 100,000 square foot addition that opened in 2014, the SRSS has been able to expand programming to meet the needs of our diverse student population.
We offer a full complement of 10 technical vocational programs, full academic programming, extensive athletic program, along with providing opportunities for students to participate in our school store and student-run credit union.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The teachers can get personal while still being very professional. All of the staff are caring of each and every student and, they make sure everyone has help. Marking of work is fair, they focus on how hard the student is working, and observes whether they are really trying theyre best, they dont look for perfection, and they are very understanding if a student is struggling in any way, they are always willing to help and compromise. The school takes the students health very seriously and they have very nice counselors and a nursing office, i would know because ive been there.
This school offers so much more potential than any school i've seen, and i am so motivated and driven with my passion to graduate in culinary, and move to japan thanks to the SRSS.
I definitely recommend any gaurdians to sign theyre child up for this school, it is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Unger’s English class is more so a Mennonite heritage history class. 0/10 do not recommend. Talks about himself and his obsession with Mennonites more than he does teach about English and literature. Also wrote a book about second cousins or something being together, quite sus, not school appropriate. Do better, thank you.
