β β β β β We have been dealing with Steadyhand since 2017 and it has been a pleasure working with them.
Things we love:
1.They answer their phone promptly. Like, really promptly. They have a song that they commissioned for their clients to listen to when they actually get put on hold, but you never get to hear it. And the person who answers the phone knows what theyβre talking about. Their advice is rock solid. They are also great at tax advice.
2.They are great at communicating. We LOVE their blog. They regularly e-mail us articles that say something meaningful without being too long winded. They always come out with a reassuring article at critical moments when market volatility is high that helps put everything in perspective.
3.They are smart and ethical investment professionals. On a number of occasions, theyβve given us the straight goods. They are very transparent about their fees (which are quite reasonable). Weβve been happy with the performance.
4.Sometimes David sends us books. We love people who send us books. Heβs never sent us chocolate, though . . .
Overall, we are very satisfied customers and would highly recommend Steadyhand Investments.

β β β β β As a student, making investments with my savings to date is a very daunting thing, despite the tonnes of tutorials and resources found on the web. Luckily, I was referred to Steadyhand and was able to quickly connect with their investment specialists. They were able to explain everything to me, very objectively, without the suspicious "fluff" I have gotten from other investment specialists at my bank. I was given very realistic advice and risk-benefit projections with a very concise crash course on what to expect, and how to handle it. Safe to say I trust the specialists at Steadyhand, and although I've only been with them for less than a year, I'm learning new things regularly and thoroughly appreciate the work they do. The people here are fantastic, highly approachable and great at helping me navigate through new territory, and most noticeably, they are all extremely talented and experienced professionals. It's no surprise given this group's excellent track record.

β β β β β I have been invested with Steadyhand for 6 months now and the whole process has been amazing! As a student finishing off my last year of University, I felt like I new very little about investing. I knew I needed to start somewhere and on a family recommendation I went to an virtual Steadyhand information session. I loved how clear they made all the information! When meeting with an advisor, I felt like she asked all the right questions and set me up well to make decisions about my finances. Now, 6 months in, I feel more in control of my long term financial plans then ever before. All the information is clear, my advisor is responsive and flexible! Even working from the Middle East I have been able to manage everything with relative ease. Finally, my money is growing and I feel more incentivized than ever to save! 10/10 would recommend!

β β β β β I have been a client of Steadyhand for many years. All the staff I have dealt with have been extremely courteous, genuinely interested and attentive to my needs. The investor specialists, in my case, Chris, Lori and more recently, Evan in Toronto, have been fantastic to work with. These guys repeatedly go above and beyond with their helpful and articulated explanations. You never feel like you are on a clock. Time after time, you get straight, unbiased advice. Investment related questions are answered without delay, whether that be via email or a phone call. In addition, Steadyhand ongoing communications are interesting, timely and very informative. Investment returns have been good and low fees are matched by only a few in the industry. Whatβs not to like! I am not sure how they recruit, train or feed the Steadyhand staff, but the service they provide is simply best in its class. For the investor who wants that steady hand, I highly recommend this firm.

β β β β β For sure Steadyhand is a great place to put your money but one of the most impressive aspects of the business, in my opinion, is that when you phone a) someone actually answers the phone - no press 1 for this or 2 for that - no all our agents are busy and the wait will be an hour b)the person who answers the phone has access to my account and the time and knowledge to help me with my questions. I know of no other company that has as good customer service as Steadyhand. I highly recommend everything that they do.

β β β β β My wife and I have been clients with Steadyhand for many years now and we're very happy with them. Returns have been good and fees are some of the lowest in the fund business. Even with the low fees, you can also get further fee reductions for investing more than a certain amount and for being a longer term client. The fees entitle you to their financial planning and advice service. We were very pleased with our sessions with Evan for advice on our financial situation and investments. We weren't rushed through the process and he explained the logic behind his advice so we understood the recommendations. They are also very easy to get hold of when you have questions. Phone calls and emails are answered promptly. We'd highly recommend Steadyhand!
