amazing parking place for a price that makes it worth parking indoors and not outside on the meters! place is open 24/7 you just have to call them if youre planning on going on the weekend and they will personally send someone to allow you in!

Rude staff and sketchy parking. Beware that they ask for your keys so they could rearrange the cars to fit more ? Also pricing is not transparent.

One of the worst parking experiences of my life. Rates are very comparable to many other places in the city. Moreover, this place is run by ruthless tyrants who will not stop until they’ve managed to pick your wallet clean. If parking overnight, said tyrants will take your keys, so it is impossible for you to leave throughout your stay; and will scream and make you pay more money if you attempt to do so. They will also act like their your best friend upon arrival, and act like you’re they worst enemy upon departure. Unless you have no other option - don’t park here!

Beware of Scams! This business is run without ethics, and looks to extort unsuspecting customers. I arrived on Wednesday at 3:00. Said I needed to park until seven. I was told that would cost $50. I clarified that I would be leaving at 7:00 pm and was told I'd have to pay $70 for that, a price that would cover me until midnight. I returned on Friday evening to retrieve my car to find the garage completely locked up. A number for Mark was posted on the door. I spent the next 18 hours calling/texting without any reply. At noon on Saturday, I returned to the garage to find it still closed. I went to the TD Bank at the corner of the building and was informed by the security guard that my predicament was by no means irregular. Countless other victims have found themselves stranded without access to their vehicles. No less, one of the employees of the bank had his car locked up for an entire weekend, and was forced to pay an additional $75 for the three nights his car remained abducted. The security guard suggested I try to find another entrance to the garage from within the building so I continued on until I found a gym, Nautilus Plus Plateau. There I explained my woes to the receptionist, and after a brief (seemingly all to familiar) conversation with his colleague, I was ushered down a back staircase to the garage where, Eureka, my car was not boxed in and I was able to drive to freedom! So what kind of game is being played here? Could the owner of this establishment really be willing to misinform patrons in order extort a few bucks from them? Nobody said boo when I said I needed to park until 7pm, and there are no hours posted anywhere. I had traveled from Toronto, and fortunately had family to stay with, but imagine if I had to pay for three nights in a hotel. What if I'd been driving a rental car? What if I had a flight on Friday evening? What if I'd left my kids with a babysitter? How depraved must one be to hang a fellow human out to dry in such circumstances for a measly $75?! The absurdity of this experience has left me questioning the civility of a city where such criminal business practices are allowed to continue unchecked. This will no doubt be a tale I recount to any prospective travelers to Montreal. Having said that, I am most grateful for the assistance from the TD Security Guard and the gym staff. Also the food's pretty good.

Michael (owner) was fully accommodating of our needs. We parked on a Thursday but had to leave the garage on a Saturday, when Michael is not on-site. So he re-arranged the cars such that ours would be unblocked, and then gave us a key fob to get in to (& ultimately out of) the lot on Saturday morning. I can only imagine that negative reviewers simply did not communicate their needs at the time of parking. I recommend calling ahead to make sure that he is there before arriving. He did not answer our initial call but called back within 5 minutes even without us having left a message. Thanks again, Michael!
