Mr Parker personally gave us a tour of a few choices and we immediately made a deposit as everything seemed ok. We made sure to question how the place was going to look over time as the landscape was not done. The place was new and fresh so that was a selling point. 1 year later and we have never had any issues with our residence nor the building. My standards are high and I have seen other buildings that I literally ran away from. So far so good as we are well taken care of by the staff and the manager Mr Parker, always keeps his word regarding any questions or concerns. Broadstreet and Station View has treated our family well and it feels like home.

We were very happy to find a beautiful place that was accommodating to all of our needs. The staff and site manager are super helpful. Moving in was straightforward. I am very pleased to chosen Station View!

We love our apartment and have been greatly pleased by the experience of customer service we have had here. The apartments are new, and there is in suite laundry and air conditioning which is a plus!

Our unit is great, and we're impressed by how spacious and comfortable everything feels. Close to all the necessities while still being in a quiet neighbourhood!

I recently moved into Station View and have been extremely happy to call it home. The property manager Anthony has been welcoming and accommodating, answering all of the questions I’ve thrown his way. It has been a smooth and easy transition for my 2 teens, and I love that my wee dog is treated like a valued member of the family.
c	cornerghost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice building but horrific management, they made the moving-out process a complete nightmare. before moving out, management tried on multiple occasions to charge us the initial $300 pet fee, though we had paid day one. they withheld a portion of our deposit but would not provide any details or an invoice. a truly unpleasant experience all through out. if i could give zero stars i would, i whole-heartedly suggest seeking out other options.

The move-in process went quickly and smoothly and we were very impressed with how clean and spacious our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit was. Our cat was happy too! We enjoyed our stay and will miss the beautiful view of the sunsets. We loved having in-suite laundry and appreciated the overall well-maintained property.
