N	Nadia Giampaolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not normal that on a Saturday morning at 9:40 am, that it takes 25 minutes to go through the drive-through with 3 cars in front of me. The car right in front of me waited 5 minutes, got the wrong order, and had to get reimbursed and had to wait another 10 minutes to get their actual order. After getting my order, there were 5 to 7 cars waiting in the drive-through (view photos). This is not the first time that I’ve experienced long wait times at this Starbucks. 3 out of every 5 visits, they either give me a wrong order, forget my order or simply take 10-15 minutes to prepare it. I do not recommend this Starbucks if you simply want to pick up your order and go. — Ce n'est pas normal qu'un samedi matin à 9h40, il faille 25 minutes pour passer au drive-through avec 3 voitures devant moi. La voiture juste devant moi a attendu 5 minutes, a reçu une mauvaise commande, a dû être remboursée et a dû attendre encore 10 minutes pour obtenir sa commande réelle. Après avoir reçu ma commande, il y avait 5 à 7 voitures qui attendaient dans le drive-through (voir les photos). Ce n'est pas la première fois que je suis confronté à de longs délais d'attente dans ce Starbucks. 3 visites sur 5, que ce soit dans le café ou au drive-through, ils me donnent une mauvaise commande, oublient ma commande ou prennent 10 à 15 minutes pour la préparer. Je ne recommande pas ce Starbucks si vous voulez simplement passer prendre votre commande et partir.
N	Nour Utayim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to order and showed the barista a photo on my phone of what I want in my drink (photo was sticker from drink I always order). He sighed very disrespectfully. I then asked him to kindly check the ingredients to make sure there is no gluten since I’m Celiac (there are 4 ingredients other than milk) he said he can’t because I would sue him or that I’d have to call the company and ask them what contains gluten because he doesn't want to check. After I asked him to kindly take a minute to check he was gone for 30 seconds and came back to say “everything here has gluten” It’s unfortunate that you’d be treated that way just because you DIDNT CHOOSE to have celiac disease. He really ruined my day…

The building is placed in a really sketchy intersection so you might have to deal with some idiots when try to park there... but overall, its a basic Starbucks with really fast and amicable staff! If you want to pay for overpriced coffee, I recommend going to this one!

They work so hard to meet the outrageous traffic that flows through their cafe and they remain kind and respectful to people who decide to order, see the lineup and feel like they can still somehow complain about the wait. Amazing service! I hope Starbucks, the manager, and the regional folks know what a wonderful job they are always doing here. How kind and courteous they are and how much energy and effort it must take to work at this location. Huge thank you from myself and my family for always being a safe, happy place to go!
